My Learning Network

Netvibe helps its users to develop an organized system of blogs. The blogs automatically update directly to this website; which is much less of a hassle than going to all of the blogs individually. I am subscribed to multiple educational blogs, many of which deal with technology integrated in teaching.

Pearltrees is, like bloglines, a way for me to organize the sites I am interested in. I have created a "tree" of websites that I find useful.

Twitter is a networking site that is growing rapidly gaining. It allows users to "follow" friends, colleagues, newspapers, schools; just about anything with access to a computer. By "following" an account, you subscribe to all that they have to "tweet" (or say). I use this account to follow educators; it is a great way to gain insight into the teaching world - especially when I hear it from an actual teacher with actual classroom experience.
